The activities of the investment funds registered in the Republic of Armenia are regulated by the RA Law on Investment Funds, which is aimed at protection of investors’ rights, the development of a pooled investments system, the adoption of a single regulatory framework for founding investments managers and their activities.
The Law has been adopted in December 22, 2010.
